RULES OF PURCHASE AND SALE OF GOODS

Rules for buying and selling goods in the Unidentas e-shop

  1. General provisions

1.1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”), with the consent of the Buyer (the act of placing a tick performed after reading these Rules of Purchase and Sale of the Unidentas e-shop), are binding on both parties. and the rights and obligations of the e-shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”), the conditions of purchase and settlement of goods, liability of the parties, the procedure of delivery and return of goods and other provisions related to the purchase and sale of goods in the Unidentas e-shop.

1.2. The Seller reserves the right to change, amend and supplement these Rules. The changes made by the seller are related to the applicable legal requirements and do not contradict the principles of common sense.

1.3. The right to buy in the Seller's e-shop have following persons and legal entities:

1.3.1. Dentists and medical professionals and persons acting on their behalf

1.3.2. Legal entities engaged in dental and medical activities and persons acting on their behalf

1.3.3. Medicines can only be purchased by legal entities holding a personal healthcare license, indicating the number of the valid license

  1. Buyer's rights

2.1. Buyers have the right to purchase goods in the Seller's e-shop without violating the terms of these Rules.

  1. Obligations of the Buyer

3.1 The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the price for the goods provided in the order form - invoice within the set term.

3.2 The Buyer undertakes to accept the ordered goods. If the buyer does not accept the goods, he must cover the seller's losses related to the delivery of the goods.

3.3 If the Buyer's data provided in the registration form changes, the Buyer must update it. If due to incorrect or unaltered information of the Buyer the Seller delivers the goods to the wrong address, the Buyer must indemnify the Seller for losses.

3.4. By using the services of the Seller, the Buyer agrees with the Rules and must comply with them.

3.5. The buyer undertakes not to transfer his login data to third parties. Upon learning of the login data of the Buyer by third parties, he must immediately change his login data and inform the Seller by e-mail about the fact of loss of the login data.

  1. Conclusion of a purchase-sale agreement

4.1. The purchase-sale agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is concluded from the moment the Buyer clicks on the link "CONFIRM ORDER", after selecting the payment method.

  1. Seller's Rights

5.1. If the Buyer tries to damage the operation and security of the e-shop or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to suspend the Buyer's access to the e-shop.

5.2. The Seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the e-shop without notifying the Buyer in advance.

5.3. If the buyer chooses the payment method by bank transfer, the goods must be paid for within 24 hours. from the time the order is placed. If the Buyer fails to pay for the goods within the set time, the Seller has the right to cancel the order without notifying the Buyer in advance.

5.4 The Seller has the right, without separate notice, to change or cancel the terms and conditions of the promotions, to distribute gift vouchers for promotional purposes, as well as to suspend their validity without any notice.

  1. Obligations of the Seller

6.1. The Seller undertakes to make the Buyer's services available to the Buyer under the conditions set in the e-shop.

6.2. The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer's data to third parties. Respect Buyer's Privacy.

6.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by him.

6.4. If the Seller is unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important reasons, it must notify the Buyer within two working days from the date of acceptance of the order. The Seller must return the Buyer's money within 72 hours of payment for the goods, if the Buyer has already paid for the goods.

  1. Prices of goods, payment for goods

7.1. The prices of the goods in the e-shop are indicated in euros with next to the goods and in the final order window.

7.3. The buyer can pay for the goods in one of the ways and conditions provided by the Unidentas e-shop.

  1. Delivery of goods

8.1. When ordering the goods, the buyer must indicate the exact delivery address of the goods.

8.2. The buyer must accept the goods himself. If the Buyer cannot accept the goods himself, but the goods are delivered

8.3. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the Buyer in accordance with the deadlines - the goods are delivered within 1-2 working days after receipt of the Buyer's payment or according to additional individual agreements between the Buyer and the Seller. The parcel preparation starts only after receiving the Buyer's payment.

8.4. If the goods are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer, the Seller shall not be liable for the delivery of the goods.

8.5. During the delivery of the goods, the Buyer must check the complete set and condition of the goods together with the person authorized by the Seller. When the Buyer signs the bill of lading, invoice or delivery note, the goods are considered to have been delivered to the Buyer. The product is considered to be in good condition, properly assembled. If the Buyer notices that the packaging of the goods is damaged, the Buyer must, together with the person authorized by the Seller, draw up a free-form report on the damage to the goods. At the same time, this fact must be noted in the delivery document. If the Buyer fails to perform the above actions, the Seller shall be released from liability against the Buyer for damage to the goods.

  1. Return and exchange of goods

9.1. Goods purchased in this store are exchanged and returned in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

9.2. If the goods can be returned in accordance with the law, it must be delivered to the Seller using the services of a courier service, unless otherwise agreed.

9.3 The Seller has the right not to accept the goods returned by the Buyer if the Buyer does not follow the procedure for returning the goods established by law in the Republic of Lithuania.

9.4 The buyer has the right to return a defective product.

9.5 The Buyer must notify the Seller in writing about a defective product within 3 days.

9.6 In the event that the goods are returned in accordance with clause 9.2., The Buyer must pay the costs of returning the goods.

9.7 In the event that the goods are returned in accordance with clause 9.4., The Seller undertakes to reimburse the costs of returning the goods to the Buyer using the courier services specified by the Seller.

9.8 The Seller undertakes to transfer the money for the returned goods within 5 working days from the fact of return of the goods only to the personal current account specified by the Buyer.

  1. Product quality guarantee

10.1. The seller provides a guarantee for the relevant product groups, which is indicated in the description of the product's characteristics.

10.2. The seller does not provide a guarantee for the respective groups of goods, in which case the guarantee provided by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania is valid.

10.3. The Seller is not responsible for the fact that the goods in the e-shop in their color, shape or other parameters may not correspond to the actual size, shape and color of the goods due to the characteristics of the monitor used by the Buyer.

  1. Liability

11.1. The seller does not take responsibility for service - malfunctions that may occur due to technical obstacles and other events that cannot be controlled.

11.2. The buyer assumes responsibility for the security of his username and password, the correctness and accuracy of the data specified in the registration data form.

11.3. The buyer is responsible for the actions performed using the e-shop.

11.4. The Seller shall not be liable in the event that the loss arises as a result of the Buyer's failure to become acquainted with these Rules, even though such opportunity has been granted.

11.5. In the event of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for the direct damage.

  1. Methods of information transmission

12.1. The Seller sends notifications to the Buyer by e-mail provided in the registration form.

  1. Protection of intellectual property rights

13.1. All intellectual property rights to the textual and graphic information in the e-shop belong to the Seller.

13.2. It is forbidden to use or distribute the information in the Unidentas e-shop without the written consent of the Unidentas e-shop administrator.

  1. Marketing and Information.

14.1. The seller can initiate promotions in the Unidentas e-shop at his / her own discretion.

14.2. The seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of the shares, as well as cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the conditions is effective from the moment they are made.

14.3. The Seller shall send all notices by the means of communication specified in the Buyer's registration form.

14.4. The Buyer sends all notifications and questions to the Seller's e-mail. the telephone and e-mail addresses specified in the "Contacts" section of the store.

14.5. The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the sent information or confirmation messages due to internet network, e-mail service provider network failures.

  1. Final provisions

15.1. These Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.

15.2. All disagreements arising from the implementation of these Rules shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
